Maison Belle-Iloise récente orientée sud est avec un jardin clos et arboré d’environ 400 m2. Prestations haut de gamme. La nature est belle, le paysage reposant, l’environnement calme … La cote est à 200 m avec accès à de belle criques, poste de pêche à la ligne et au port de Sauzon.

Nous demandons aux locataires de respecter et protéger notre maison ainsi que tout ce que nous laissons à leur entière disposition (livres, CD, DVD, cartes, matériel hi-fi etc …) Notre maison devra être restituée, parfaitement propre, complète, et rangée. Toute réservation doit se faire minimum 30 jours à l'avance.
