Più terrazzo esterno attrezzato di tavolo e barbecue per poter cenare all'aperto, l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort: aria condizionata , frigo,forno,ferro da stiro,pentole bicchieri tutto di prima scelta ,posto auto . Fa parte del comune di Loiri, immerso nell'arcipelago di Tavolara e Molara : da qui partono i battelli turistici per l'isola. Caratteristica principale di tutto il tratto di costa è certamente il panorama verso l'isola di Tavolara.
I punti più belli sono le spiagge di P.Don Diego e di Costa Dorata, verso sud, mentre a nord l'insediamento di Costa Corallina ha un attrezzato porticciolo.
Le spiagge sono tutte di piccole dimensioni, inframmezzate da basse scogliere di granito rosa.
