## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located in the northwest of Paris. It offers an excellent quality of life in terms of safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has excellent transport links and is just a few minutes from all amenities.
The Wagram-Ternes district is much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the northeast side, you'll find the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old France and bobos.
