Included Services:
Bed linens and towels are provided, offering you ultimate comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional cleaning services will be provided upon your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is pristine for your enjoyment.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours notice) and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them for you.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby bedding.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-ins: Between 3 PM and 10 PM. Late arrivals will only be accommodated the next day from 9:30 AM onwards. Additional fees will be charged for late check-ins.
Early Check-ins: Want to arrive before 3 PM? We will only confirm 24 hours in advance, and this could cost 50% of the nightly rate. Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer than the official time, we will confirm 24 hours in advance, and you could be charged 50% of the nightly rate.
Deposit Requirement:
A €350 deposit is essential to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8 to 14 days following departure, provided no damage is observed.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
If we detect a cigarette odor after the stay: €450.
Please note that two sets of keys will be provided for your stay.
Lost keys? If they are left in the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys in the door or inside.
Respect the tranquility of the neighbors. Parties and any form of gathering, as well as barbecues, are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in the full deduction of the deposit and additional billing for damages inflicted within the property.
Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using Internet access for the unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Browsing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is forbidden. Please understand that any Internet malfunction from telecommunication operators is not our responsibility and will not result in compensation.
Professional Use and Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, business meetings, or commercial use is allowed without prior authorization. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
Reservations for the Paris 2024 Olympics:
For those joining us for the Olympic Games, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age for making a reservation is 23 years old. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult of the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
