Located on the 1st floor with lift, it comprises :
- four bedrooms with four double beds (one of the beds is 80 x 200 and can be extended to 160) ;
- two functional bathrooms
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a dining room (with table and chairs) ;
- and a lounge to relax in after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and tastefully decorated living area.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Hair dryer, Iron, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Raclette machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
The accommodation is well laid out. It overlooks a very quiet courtyard (all rooms).
It is also located in a lively area with many bars, supermarkets, food shops and friendly restaurants.
The metro is less than 5 minutes walk from the building, making it easy to stroll around the city.
Paris airports and stations are easily accessible from the flat.

## Emplacement
The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a pleasant place to visit and live. A shopping and leisure district, it may be a little less busy than Les Halles, but it has a more mature and diverse population. With high-standard shops at affordable prices, restaurants and theatres everywhere, these districts still stand out from one another. Magnificent architecture, courtyards and hidden streets
The south of the arrondissement, noisy and lively, and home to the Grands-Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. The north, with its undeniable charm, takes you towards Montmartre via the famous Pigalle district.
