Included Services:
Bed linens and towels are provided, offering optimal comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional cleaning services will be offered upon your arrival and departure, ensuring that the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice), and subject to availability, we will gladly provide them.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linens.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out fee: €90.
If we detect a cigarette smell after the stay: €450.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside, and please ensure to respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using Internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Browsing prohibited websites by French and European legislation. Please understand that any Internet malfunction from telecommunication operators is not our responsibility and will not result in compensation.
Professional Use and Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial use is allowed without prior authorization. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
Reservations for the 2024 Paris Olympics:
For those joining us for the Olympics, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation.
Please note that the minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years old (except Airbnb reservations). Individuals under 21 years old will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult of the required age, otherwise they will not be allowed to stay in the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not followed.

Our magnificent property is strategically located to ensure that you can easily reach us, no matter your mode of transportation.
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Taxi: Approximately 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €50 - €60.
Public transport: Take the RER B train from the airport to Gare du Nord. Transfer to metro line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and get off at Laumière. Our property is just a 5-minute walk away. Travel time: Approximately 50 minutes. Cost: Approximately €11.
From Orly Airport (ORY):
Taxi: Approximately 40 to 50 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €35 - €45.
Public transport: Take the Orlyval to Antony, then take the RER B to Gare du Nord. Transfer to metro line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and get off at Laumière. We are just a few steps away! Travel time: Approximately 1 hour. Cost: €12.50.
From Gare du Nord train station:
Taxi: Approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Estimated fare: €10 - €15.
Public transport: Take metro line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and get off at Laumière. We are located within a short walking distance from the station. Travel time: Approximately 10 minutes. Cost: €1.90.
Nearby Public Transportation:
Metro: The nearest station is Laumière on line 5, making it easy to explore Paris.
Additionally, Jaurès station, which provides access to lines 2 and 7bis, is also within walking distance.
