Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV (netflix subscription), sofa, armchair and dining area.

The apartment is ideally located in Arras, in a very pleasant environment within the historic district with a view of the belfry from the street. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Arras is the capital of the Pas de Calais region and is located in the Artois region. It is the center of a rich architectural and memorial heritage linked to the Great War of 14/18. Arras, city of Robespierre and Vidocq, is famous for its two magnificent cobbled squares as well as for its belfry dating from the 10th century and its citadel built by Vauban (both classified as a remarkable site by Unesco) but also for its famous Andouillette, its magnificent Christmas Market and its concerts in the world-famous "Main Square.
- Tourist sites: visit the city of Arras and the Artois region with notably the Mont Saint Eloi, the sites of memory of the Great War 14/18: Canadian Memorial of Vimy, Necropolis of Notre Dame de Lorette and its museum... in the mining region: In Lens: the mining base of 11/19, its slag heaps of Loos en Gohelle and its "corons", classified by Unesco since 2012...

- Nearest train station: Arras train station located at about 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot, 50 minutes by Direct TGV from Paris, 20 minutes by Direct Ter from Lens and 35 minutes by Direct TER from Lille, Capital of Flanders.
- Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin airport located about 35 minutes by car.
