The flat is ideally designed to comfortably accommodate 2 travellers, with the kitchen (fridge capacity and grocery storage) designed for 2 people. However, 2 extra people can be accommodated in reduced comfort, thanks to the sofa bed in the main room, which can be used as an extra bed. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:

- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and air conditioning.
- Bathroom with shower, electric towel rail and WC.

- An enclosed terrace private of 70 m², facing East / South-East / South, with furniture (Pergola, gas barbecue...) to enjoy the nice days and the 180° view on the sea, maquis and mountain.
Common area :
- A swimming pool (not heated) shared with the residents of the condominium, open from June to September (opening date on contract) and with an alarm system.
- A garden enclosed by hedges and gates, shared with the residents of the co-ownership.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
