No verão é colocada uma pérgula de jardim, no terraço, junto da piscina.
O pátio das traseiras é bastante reservado e tem local para: piscina, cadeiras de piscina, mesa para almoços/jantares protegida com pérgula, e barbecue.
Na frente da moradia tem um amplo espaço ajardinado.

Apenas são permitidas as pessoas acordadas com o proprietário aquando da reserva.
