Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city but not isolated, the location of this property allows for relaxation and also easy commuting.
The villa has 3 floors, where the terrace stands out where you can have meals taking advantage of the barbecue and catch some vitamin D while watching the Atlantic Ocean.
With two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, this property has a maximum capacity to host 6 people making use of the sofa bed in the living room.
Enjoy the terrace and the sun on the south side of our island, go to one of the nearby beaches and enjoy Caniço and Madeira.

AREA
From here you can go anywhere on the island, due to the proximity of the highway access, which allows you to move quickly to the points of interest.
Near the apartment there is a restaurant and snack-bars. A five-minute drive away is the center of Caniço, where you have access to pharmacies, bars, restaurants, a hypermarket and a medium-sized shopping center.

If you wish to find other types of places or activities, the city of Funchal is 15 minutes away by car.

HOW TO GET TO
The best option to reach the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the cabs you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation application will easily find the address.

There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the villa.

You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available for help or questions. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. We also have a guest application with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER REMARKS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability.
- All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also place a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket at all properties.

ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz.
All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
