## Space

This 4 bedroom with all air conditioning villa is in an ideal location for clients who want to walk to the beach and restaurants. When you arrive at the villa you can park your car in secure parking. You enter the villa and on your left, you have a fully fitted kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and all utensils. On the right, you have a reading/tv/workroom.

You have the dining area together with a spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD player and air conditioning. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room, you have doors leading to a dining terrace overlooking the pleasant garden and pool. Outside there is a spacious area with a pool (4m x 9,5m), a dining area, a garden with grass and you can do a delicious BBQ near the pool. The property is totally walled, which gives complete privacy.

Up the stairs you arrive on the first floor and on your left you have a spacious double bedroom with doors leading to a terrace, an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. In the hall, there is a family bathroom. On your right, there are 2 single bedrooms where you can sleep comfortably. In each bedroom, there are 2 single beds and air conditioning.

Located in Galé, you can spend the day at Galé beach or São Lourenço beach. The W Algarve hotel (opening 2022) is located directly across from our villa. Once the W Algarve is fully open it would be very appealing with the additional restaurants, spa and other amenities nearby. So after spending the day on the beach, you may be too tired for cooking, so you can relish a meal across the street at W Algarve or have a stroll to Quinta da Galé (pizza), Por do Sol (typical Portuguese food), Tapas or you can to Galé beach and find Pedras Amarelas restaurant (Mediterranean food).

## Neighborhood

The house is located in a quiet area just outside Albufeira (a 7minute drive to the old town and main beach). Albufeira has a great beach and a nice town with many nice restaurants. As it is known for having great nightlife, the old town offers nice bars in the evening, but heading a little bit further to 'The Strip' you will find many bars and big clubs. If you're not there for the nightlife and you would like to explore a little of the environment, there are many great options. If you have your own transport, there are many great beaches if you head in the direction of Portimão or Lagos.

## Transit

But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended. Should you decided not to hire a car there is a bus stop close to the apartment that will take you into the town and also links up with the main bus routes throughout the Algarve and Lisbon.
