The Apartment Elisabetta, on the first floor of a typical building of the area, is located in a quiet position in the green and residential zone of Rosmarina - Marina di Grosseto. It is ideal for two guests (sofa bed in the living room for a third and fourth guest) and lies only 300 meters from the sea and the beaches that can be reached with a short and pleasant walk in the shade of the pine trees.
The entrance opens into the living room where the sofa bed, the fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area with table and chairs are located. A little further on the right there is the bathroom with shower and washing machine and in front a beautiful double bedroom with access, as well as the living room, to the balcony which is equipped with table and chairs for eating outside and enjoying your holidays outdoors.
The apartment has just been renovated and furnished with taste and great attention to all details to ensure a peaceful and quiet holiday. You will find air conditioning, free WiFi, washing machine, smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime...
