Provençal house with indoor swimming pool with retractable shelters. On the ground floor, living room of 70 m2 with open kitchen (direct access to the terrace, veranda, summer kitchen with barbecue), large entrance hall, 1 WC, laundry room.
Upstairs, 1 bathroom with shower-bath and double sink, 1 toilet, 2 bedrooms with 1 140cm double bed and shower room, 1 bedroom with 1 140cm double bed and a terrace, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 14O and 1 bed 90 (1 other bedroom upstairs is not included in the rental).
The entire house is at the private disposal of holidaymakers with the exception of a small pied-à-terre at the rear of the house which remains at our disposal if necessary.
Not overlooked. We welcome our tenants in person and we take care of the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool
A security deposit cheque of €2000 not cashed is required on arrival. Departure cleaning is provided by us, for which the sum of €140 must be paid on arrival.

A l'étage, 1 salle de bain avec douche -baignoire et double vasque, 1 WC, 2 chambres avec 1 lit double en 14O et salle de douche, 1 chambre avec 1 lit double en 140 et une terrasse, et 1 chambre avec 1 lit double en 14O et 1 lit en 90 (1 autre chambre à l'étage n'est pas comprise dans la location).
La maison entière est à la disposition privative des vacanciers à l'exception d'un petit pied à terre à l'arrière de la maison qui reste à notre disposition si besoin.
Aucun vis-à-vis. Nous accueillons en personne nos locataires et nous nous occupons de l'entretien du jardin et de la piscine
Un chèque de caution de 2000€ non encaissé est demandé à l'arrivée. Le ménage de départ est assuré par nos soins, pour lequel la somme de 140 € est à régler à l'arrivée.

    • Very well insulated traditional construction, very thick walls, double glazing, insulating aluminum shutters, lots of greenery all around and the front garden is well planted with, among other things, 2 large plane trees which protect the house from the strong sun. Each room is equipped with a fan.
    Construction traditionnelle très bien isolée, murs très épais, double vitrage, volets isolants en aluminium beaucoup de verdure tout autour et le jardin à l'avant est bien arboré avec entre autre 2 gros platanes qui protègent la maison du gros soleil.
