A Porto Cesareo, zona Club Azzurro, a pochi passi dalla baia sabbiosa più rinomata della zona (Lido Tabù/ Le Dune): Elegante villino totalmente indipendente situato all'interno del prestigioso Residence Cala Dorata, in un contesto sicuro, ideale per famiglie, con bambinicon ampio giardino e posto auto interno riservato. Il villino si sviluppa su due piani:accesso indipendente al piano terra con giardino privato, doccia esterna e ripostiglio per deposito biciclette e attrezzature per il mare; al primo piano ampia terrazza attrezzata, cucina con angolo cottura, due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una quadrupla con letto matrimoniale e due singoli), bagno con doccia, veranda con zona lavanderia. Area solare di proprietà con vista mare. L'immobile ben rifinito è attrezzato con condizionatori, zanzariere e collegamento diretto e indipendente alla rete idrica.
Può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Si accettano animali.

Good holidays
We are accustomed for years to spend the holidays in an apartment and I must say that Mr Andrea location is one of the best they have attended, really comfortable, spacious and above all clean. Not really missing anything, with the plus of terrace space that is truly a gem.
As for the sea, located about 400 mt, reachable in two minutes by bike, offered by Andrea, we were in for a breathtaking spiaggiosa basin in which the dunes masquerading in a deep green water, a depth from the clarity unusual for the standards of the Italian coast, in the sea and to be honest eyeing the depths of the Antilles.
A dutiful mention also goes to Porto caesarean town, to the suggestion of its waterfront, the streets, the markets, shops and its many landscapes, similar to a gem set among the Lecce coast.
Again a special thanks to Andre See you again next summer, where we intend to spend again in this picturesque location.

You can walk to the beach and village. Beautiful journey and for those who like me is from the north, the sea and the white beaches of Porto Cesareo is a dream.
Near the center of Porto Cesareo, it has air conditioning (essential).
The equipment is complete with everything you need and added value, the owner is extremely available for any need (by the board on the restaurant, on the beach, etc.). It does not feel abandoned !!!!
Huge terrace for breakfast "views ", what else to add ... to recommend!
The owners were very kind and at every opportunity, were very gracious in giving us help and advice.
In conclusion we had a great time in one of the most beautiful and in a house among the best in the area.
