THE ACCOMMODATION

- Two spacious and comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage space.
The first one has a double bed (140x190cm) and the second one has two single beds (90x190cm).
- The kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to cook like at home.
- As for the bathroom, pleasant and very convenient, it offers an Italian shower, as well as a simple basin.
Ideally located between the Biarritz golf course, which is one of the most prestigious in Europe, and the lighthouse, you will be staying in a quiet area about ten minutes from downtown Biarritz.
PARKING
A parking space will be at your disposal at the foot of the accommodation.
THE SERVICES
Linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the price, the beds will be freshly made up on your arrival.
A free wifi connection is provided in the flat.
We can give you excellent recommendations on current activities or events on the Basque Coast.
If you are looking for a surf teacher, yoga teacher or even a babysitter we have the best contacts to make sure you have a great holiday.
DEPOSIT
A 400€ deposit will be required as part of the rental process. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of 6€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4pm and 8pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
For arrival between 8pm and 10pm: 35 euros.
For arrivals between 10pm and midnight: 65 euros.
For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the golf area of Biarritz, you stay equidistant from the city centre of Biarritz and the mythical "chambre d'amour" of Anglet. The area is residential and very quiet. You will have the possibility of quickly accessing the seaside in order to join the conveniences.

Côte des Basques at 10 minutes by car.
