The famaglia Grossi is very hospitable and very friendly. They made us feel at home. They have two daughters really very personable and funny. La famaglia Grossi è molto ospitale e molto cordiale. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Hanno due figlie davvero molto affabili e simpatiche. Hanno messo a disposizione tutto quello che avevano.Forse andrebbe curata un pochino di più la puliza.Sicuramente è un posto dove tornerò volentieri. Stessa considerazione per la Signora Anna padrona del bagno a cui la famiglia si appoggia. Davvero eccellente a tutti per comportamento ospitalità serietà e professionalità. The accommodation is situated directly opposite the beach, convenient to all amenities and the beach. The apartment is a bit 'Spartan (no shower stall, shared washing machine in the basement, no air conditioning, no iron) but it is large and livable, with beautiful balconies. The owners are friendly and helpful.
L'alloggio si trova proprio davanti alla spiaggia libera, comodo a tutti i servizi ed alla spiaggia attrezzata.
L'appartamento è un po' spartano (doccia senza box, lavatrice in comune nel seminterrato, no aria condizionata, no ferro da stiro) ma è ampio e vivibile, con bei balconi.
I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili.
We rented 2 apartments for a month at the Monaco Residence Miramare to stays with people with Down syndrome. The apartments are clean, simple, spacious and functional, the area is quiet and peaceful and within walking distance are the beach and the town center with shops, services and entertainment. The area is well served is located 200m from the bus and the train station of Miramare. The owners are very friendly, helpful and have a lot of patience! We highly recommend it to both young people who want to have fun in the Romagna Riviera, both families or large groups like ours.
Abbiamo affittato 2 appartamenti per un mese presso il Residence Monaco di Miramare per effettuare dei soggiorni con persone con Sindrome di Down. Gli appartamenti sono puliti, semplici, spaziosi e funzionali, La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa e a due passi si trovano la spiaggia e il centro con negozi, servizi e divertimenti. La zona è ben servita dall'autobus e a 200m si trova la stazione dei treni di Miramare.
I proprietari sono molto cordiali, disponibili e dotati di una gran pazienza!
Lo consigliamo vivamente sia ai giovani che vogliano divertirsi nella Riviera Romagnola, sia a famiglie o gruppi numerosi come il nostro.

A very nice lady greeted us and accompanied us to the apartment. Everything was as described. Important appliances such as air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen, and refrigerator were available and worked perfectly during our stay. It is well suited for families with children. The building also has an elevator, which was also helpful. Parking is problematic in the area, so there is a huge monitored car park about 700 meters away. You can get in and out easily with a card, which you get from the landlords and for which there are no additional costs. There are many places to eat and supermarkets nearby. The beach can be reached very quickly on foot in 3 minutes. You can rent umbrellas and sunbeds very quickly through the landlords, including the good spots. Thank you for everything!!!
Eine sehr nette Dame hat uns begrüßt und in die Wohnung begleitet. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Wichtige Geräte wie Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Küche, Kühlschrank waren vorhanden, und während unserer Aufenthalt funktionierten Einwandfrei. Für die Familie mit Kindern ist gut geeignet. Das Gebäude hat auch einen Aufzug, war ebenfalls hilfreich. Parken ist im Gegend problematisch, deshalb gibt es etwa 700 Meter entfernt einen riesen überwachten Parkplatz. Man wird mit einer Karte, welche man von den Vermietern bekommt und dafür keine zusätzlichen Kosten anfallen, mit dem Auto problemlos rein und raus. In der Nähe gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten, Supermarkt. Der Strand sehr schnell zu Fuß in 3 Min erreichbar. Den Schirm und Liegebetten kann man über die Vermieter sehr schnell auch die guten Plätze mieten. Danke für alles !!!
The apartment is very welcoming and spacious, comfortable for us who are 5, the furnishings are beautiful and well cared for. The area is quiet and has little traffic even at night. The owner is very kind and helpful, she met our needs. I would definitely return to this apartment.
L'appartamento è molto accogliente e spazioso, comodo per noi che siamo in 5, l'arredamento bello e ben curato. La zona è tranquilla e poco trafficata anche di notte. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze. Tornerei sicuramente in questo appartamento.
