Welcome to our charming holiday rental house in Roses, ideally located in the heart of the picturesque town of Roses. With an unbeatable location, everything you need is just a step away: the sandy beach, a variety of shops and restaurants, all without the need to use a car. You can do everything on foot.
The 73 m² house offers two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. The house has a large 40 m² terrace, a perfect space to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, relax with a good book or share a meal outdoors.
In the accommodation you will find a washing machine for your convenience, as well as an iron to iron clothes. In addition, you have a garage in the same building, providing a safe place for your vehicle. To keep the house nice and cool, we have two fans.
The living room is a cozy place to relax, with a television with satellite channels. The independent kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils and a coffee maker to start your mornings with energy.
We offer the option for you to bring your own sheets and towels or you can opt for our service with a supplement of €15 sheets per bed and €10 towels per person.
The location of the house is ideal, just 200 meters from a supermarket for your convenience and 300 meters from the sandy beach "Roses", giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean in just a few minutes. In addition, you will find various entertainment options at your fingertips, such as the "Salata" amusement park 1 km away and the "Aqua Brava" water park at the same distance.
If you are looking to explore nature, the house is strategically located 5 km from the "Aiguamolls" natural park. For golf lovers, the "Castello Nou" golf course is 8 km away. The proximity to the "Figueres" train station at 18 km and the "Girona" airport at 60 km adds convenience to your trips.
