Very pleasant accommodation on the edge of the Marina, 700m from the sea, secure. Very popular terrace because it is large and equipped with awnings and deckchairs. Considering the heat, the air conditioning did us a lot of good! I think we left the accommodation cleaner when we left than it was when we arrived! Damage. Otherwise, great 10 day stay in Santa Margarida.

Great apartment with a splendid view! Very functional, the rooms are spacious. Good quality equipment. Impeccably clean. The decoration is simple and sober. The sea view balcony is great. There is nothing missing in this apartment. The residence is quiet. I highly recommend.

We had a great vacation with my children! Clean apartment, well equipped and the best thing is that it is 3 minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants. Shops are nearby (butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.). I highly recommend ! Thanks again to our hosts who are very friendly!!

Back from Rosas after a great week in your very nice and well located rental, which corresponds perfectly to the advertisement. The only downside is the GREAT lack of empathy and sympathy from your concierge Sylvie, whose rental is apparently not one of her priorities.

We have a great week: the sea 30 seconds away, exceptional hikes along the coast or in the mountains. We were made very welcome. I do not regret my stay and I recommend without hesitation.

It is a very spacious and beautiful apartment with a fantastic view! The balcony is quite spacious and there was always part sun but also half shade, so we could sit on the balcony all day long. An umbrella was also provided. The pool was nice. When we were there it was never busy. There were sunbeds at the pool, but no umbrellas. That is why we regularly took the parasol from the apartment down. The apartment has a lot of windows, which is nice for airing and the view. All windows have a roller shutter, so that the rooms can be darkened very well and it keeps the heat out. It would have been an addition if there was air conditioning. It is a challenge to park the car because the path there is very steep and winding. We usually left the car at the top of the road. Next time I will choose an apartment that is more in the center, because it is very difficult to park in Roses. The only real downside (because the above points were already known in the description) I found that the apartment was not very clean. I have reported this to the landlady, but there hasthey did not respond and we also just paid the 60, - cleaning fee. It was positive that we reported that a shutter no longer opened that it was already made the next day.
Het is een heel ruim en mooi appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht!
Het balkon is vrij ruim en er was altijd een gedeelte zon maar ook voor de helft schaduw, daardoor konden we de hele dag door op het balkon zitten. Er was ook een parasol aanwezig.
Het zwembad was fijn. Toen wij er waren was het er nooit druk. Bij het zwembad stonden wel ligbedjes, maar geen parasols. Daarom namen wij regelmatig de parasol van het appartement mee naar beneden.
Het appartement heeft heel veel ramen, wat fijn is voor het luchten en het uitzicht. Alle ramen hebben een rolluik, zodat de kamers heel goed verduisterd kunnen worden en het de warmte buiten houdt.
Het zou wel een toevoeging geweest zijn als er airco zou zijn.
Het is een uitdaging om de auto te parkeren omdat het pad daar naartoe heel stijl en bochtig is. Wij lieten de auto meestal boven aan de weg staan.
De volgende keer kies ik voor een appartement wat meer in het centrum ligt, omdat het érg moeilijk parkeren is in Roses.
Het enige echte minpunt (want bovenstaande punten waren al bekend in de omschrijving) vond ik dat het appartement niet erg schoon was. Ik heb dat gemeld bij de verhuurster, maar daar heeft ze niet op gereageerd en we hebben ook gewoon de 60,- schoonmaakkosten betaald.
Positief was dat we gemeld hadden dat er een rolluik niet meer open ging dat het de dag erna al gemaakt werd.

We had a great vacation. Accommodation as advertised (the balcony is good for 4-5 people, we were up to 7 but we can't move once installed. The owners are very responsive and accommodating.
Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances. Logement conforme à l'annonce (le balcon est bien pour 4-5 personnes, nous avons été jusqu'à 7 mais nous ne pouvons plus bouger une fois installés. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et arrangeants.
We had a wonderful week in Rosas. Felipa and her husband are great people, very pleasant, very attentive and give good advice. The apartment is fine. We always found a place to park in the large car park a few meters higher. You just have to be careful on Sunday there is the big market.

Felipa et sont mari dont des personnes formidables, très agréables, très à l'écoute et de bons conseils.
L'appartement est très bien. Nous avons toujours trouvé un emplacement pour nous garer sur le grand parking un peu plus haut à quelques mètres. Il faut juste faire attention le dimanche il y a le grand marché.

Very good stay spent at Casa Caliente. The apartment is very well located, with very quick access to the beach. The terrace is very pleasant, because shaded, and a lot of vegetation. The swimming pool is superb, as well as the paddling pool for the little ones, with a magnificent view. 2 flats that could improve the stay. There is no curtain on the front door, so the alarm clock can be early... Regarding the kitchen part, the equipment is starting to date a little (utensils and stove).

L'appartement est très bien localisé, avec un accès très rapide à la plage. La terrasse est très agréable, car ombragée, et beaucoup de végétation. La piscine est superbe, ainsi que la pataugeoire pour les plus petits, avec une vue magnifique.
2 bémols qui pourraient améliorer le séjour. Il n'y a pas de rideau sur la porte d'entrée, donc le réveil peut être tôt...
Concernant la partie cuisine, le matériel commence un peu à dater (ustensiles et cuisinière).

Very spacious and very well oriented apartment. Nothing is missing. The sea view is splendid. Only negative point, it is in height and to return from the beach, it is very sporty to climb the stairs and the uphill roads. You also always have to take the car to get to the center of Rosas. That said, the view and the tranquility of the apartment remain the positive point of this rental. I highly recommend it. The owners are also very approachable.

Seul point négatif, il est en hauteur et pour revenir de la plage, c'est très sportif pour monter les escaliers et les routes montantes. Il faut également toujours prendre la voiture pour se rendre dans le centre de Rosas.
Ceci dit, la vue et la tranquillité de l'appartement reste le point positif de cette location.
