Description of
Castaline, a charming studio located in a beautiful 19th century building, welcomes you all year round for your stay of a few days or weeks.
Fully equipped, it benefits from a nice sea view and an immediate access to the Mielles beach at about 20 meters.

Accommodation
Located on the 1st floor of a beautiful residence facing the sea (Villa Ar Vro), this 30 m² studio has a comfortable double sofa bed ( 140 * 190 ), an equipped and functional kitchenette (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine...) and a shower room with separate toilet. The accommodation does not have wifi.

Secure entrance with code.
The shared garden of the condominium is accessible to all and the beach is in the immediate vicinity.
You will have a parking space allocated to you.

Common laundry area
Located on the ground floor of the building, you have a washing machine and a dryer (accessible by all tenants, entry with code).

Neighbourhood
Ideally located, in a very pleasant area, close to all the shops (bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market), boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Beach restaurant in front of the building during the summer season. Club for children.

Many activities are possible in the area: visits to St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte.... For sportsmen, tennis at 500 m, golf at 1,5 km, sailing school at 100 m.

The nearest train station to Saint Cast le Guildo is in Plancoët (about 15 km)
Nearest airport: Dinard (about 25 km)

- Pets not allowed
-The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving the accommodation in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. An umbrella bed is offered by the concierge at 20 euros per stay. The accommodation does not have an internet connection.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
