Additionally, there is an alcove area with a french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm) for comfortable sleeping arrangements.

The kitchenette is furnished with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace of 11 square meters, facing south and west, complete with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation. You will have access to a reserved parking space, numbered 202, located near the apartment. Please note that the apartment is situated on the street side, and the parking space is suitable for small cars only. For your safety, a smoke alarm has been installed in the apartment. It is important to mention that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as the alcove mentioned earlier. This rental offer is provided by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
