The villa is connected to the neighbouring villa with a garage that is in between the 2 villa's. The inhabitants from the other villa have no viewing the property that you rent, nor is there possibility of sound disturbance through the walls.

Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
