The villa has air conditioning throughout. 1 bedroom on the first floor has a bed of 180 x 200 cm, and the other 2 bedrooms that can also be reached from the garden each have a bed of 140 x 180 cm. The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences and equipment, such as an American fridge with ice maker, and there is a utility room with a double sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. At the front is a parking lot that is also used by the neighbour, but where you can park 2-3 cars. Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
