The photos make you dream so don't hesitate because you won't be disappointed, it's even better in real life! We stayed 3 weeks and we were delighted with this stay. Indeed, the location is super well located, very close to the town with its local shops (bakery at 150 m and supermarket at 200 m). Imagine yourself on the heights of the city with a breathtaking view of the sea and the coconut palms: in front of you the Diamond Rock and to your right the Morne Larcher. Breathtaking view!!! No noise, only the singing of birds because there are birds that come on the flowers (hummingbird?) which is therefore very pleasant to hear and see.
The studio is very well designed and furnished. It is also very clean. We really appreciated the outdoor kitchen with all the equipment we needed (coffee maker, toaster, hob, microwave oven, citrus press, etc.), a table, 2 chairs and two deckchairs, the drying rack on the terrace. The main room is large with a large closet in the hallway leading to the bathroom: the TV large enough, wifi. The refrigerator and air conditioning are notnot noisy, The ceiling fan is appreciable especially when you don't like the air conditioning, Table with 2 chairs, 1 armchair. Small cooler available for picnics or shopping. The bathroom is functional. Possibility to use the washing machine outside, Parking space. Linen is changed weekly.
The kindness and benevolence of the owners contribute to making the stay wonderful: always a little hello, a kind word. And the most important thing is that everyone lives respecting the other.

Nous sommes restés 3 semaines et nous sommes enchantés de ce séjour.
En effet, la location est super bien située, très proche du bourg avec ses commerces de proximité (boulangerie à 150 m et superette à 200 m).
Imaginez-vous sur les hauteurs de la ville avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les cocotiers : en face de vous le rocher du diamant et à votre droite le morne Larcher.
Vue à couper le souffle !!!
Aucun bruit, seulement le chant d’oiseaux car il y a des oiseaux qui viennent sur les fleurs (colibri …) ce qui est donc très agréable à entendre et à voir.
Le studio est très bien conçu et aménagé. Il est également très propre.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la cuisine extérieure avec tous les équipements désirés (cafetière, grille-pain, plaque de cuisson, four à micro onde, presse agrume…) une table, 2 chaises et deux transats, le séchoir à linge sur la terrasse.
La pièce principale est grande avec un grand placard dans le couloir menant à la salle de bain : la TV suffisamment grande, wifi.
Le réfrigérateur et la climatisation ne sont pas bruyants,
Le ventilateur au plafond est appréciable surtout lorsqu’on n’aime pas la clim,
Table avec 2 chaises, 1 fauteuil.
Petite glacière à disposition pour partir en pique nique ou faire les courses.
La salle de bain est fonctionnelle.
Possibilité d’utiliser la machine à laver le linge à l’extérieur,
Place de parking.
Le linge est changé chaque semaine.
La gentillesse et la bienveillance des propriétaires contribuent à rendre le séjour formidable : toujours un petit bonjour, un mot gentil.
Et la chose primordiale est que chacun vit en respectant l’autre.
Very warm welcome from nice and discreet Richard as well as Gislaine. Housing consistent with the description and very clean except that it is adjoining another which can be annoying depending on the neighbors you have (lack of calm if children). Beautiful view of the Diamant rock and the sea. Well oriented. Equipment and crockery sufficient for a good holiday. Be careful the coast is steep to access the accommodation but not really disabling.

Logement conforme à la description et très propre exception faite que celui-ci est mitoyen avec un autre ce qui peut être gênant suivant les voisins que vous avez (manque de calme si enfants).
Belle vue sur le rocher du Diamant et la mer. Bien orienté. Equipement et vaisselle suffisante pour passer de bonnes vacances.
Attention la côte est raide pour accéder au logement mais pas vraiment handicapante.

We stayed at the Diamant, in Ch'ti Kay studio of Anita and Frédéric. We will keep an excellent memory of our stay in Martinique. Frédéric and Anita, are very welcoming owners, and a real kindness. Despite our delay in arriving, they were very patient and welcomed us with a delicious planter. We also enjoyed a breakfast for the next day upon our arrival in the studio. The studio is fully consistent with the description of the site and we missed nothing. It is a rental to advise without problem to who wants to spend a pleasant stay in Martinique. Malgré notre retard à l'arrivée, ils ont été très patients et nous ont accueillis avec un délicieux planteur.
Nous avons également apprécié de trouver un petit déjeuner pour le lendemain à notre arrivée dans le studio.
Le studio est tout à fait conforme au descriptif du site et rien ne nous a manqué.
C'est une location à conseiller sans problème à qui veut passer un agréable séjour en Martinique.
