It leads out to the garden. Another bedroom features a French bed of the same size, a shower, double hand-basin, and air conditioning, with access to the terrace.

The kitchen is fully-fitted with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules included. Additionally, you'll find air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. For your entertainment, there is a TV with a flat screen in the living area and one of the bedrooms. The villa also features electric heating and WiFi internet access free of charge.

The villa offers ample outdoor space, including a 24-square-meter terrace that is roofed and south-facing, perfect for enjoying the warm weather.
