Not far away there are several shops selling food and various types of items, a newsagent, a pharmacy, restaurants, ice cream parlors and Piazza Italia where there is a shopping centre. La casa è situata a 300 metri dal mare ed a 100 metri dalla strada principale del villaggio. Poco distante si trovano diversi negozi di generi alimentari e articoli di vario tipo , l edicola la farmacia , ristoranti, gelaterie e la piazza Italia dove è presente un centro commerciale . A meno di due chilometri si trova la guardia medica, i carabinieri, la chiesa ed un mercatino bisettimanale.

Possibility to get to house by own car or bus. The resort is reachable from the airport and the port of Cagliari by bus from ARST Cagliari-Castiadas-Costa Rey.
By car, from the port of Cagliari or Elmas airport: head for the SS 554 at 10 Km. Take the exit for SS 125 for 15 km. Enter SS 554 var - Muravera then drive for 7 Km, take the SS 125var. Muravera; after 22 Km take the exit Castiadas - Costa Rei, then head to Costa Rey
I mezzi con cui è raggiungibile la casa sono: propria autovettura, autobus, noleggio con conducente. La località è raggiungibile dall'aereoporto e dal porto di Cagliari con autobus dell' ARST Cagliari -Castiadas -Costa Rey.

Muravera; dopo il 22° Km. prendere l'uscita Castiadas - Costa Rei, quindi direzione Costa Rey. Arrivati a costa rei percorrere la via Jchnusa , in prossimità del ristorante il Molo, svoltare in via de Barcaiolo e dopo circa 50 metri si è giunti a destinazione.
