Very well renovated and furnished flat with good view (see photo) very good position in a quiet village in Monte Petrosu next to San Teodoro.The flat has a large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (6 beds), a bathroom, a large veranda furnished with table and sofas, a garden with barbecue and outdoor shower.
The flat is air conditioned, and it is equipped with a dish washer, a washing machine and TV ,and a reserved car park.
The village is by the tavolara sea park, in the near by of the most beautiful beaches of the area (cala girgolu, la cinta, brandinchi etc)
Appartamento libero su 3 lati, ingresso indipendente da giardino privato,molto ben rifinito e accessoriato, dalla veranda esposta a sud si gode di un bel panorama, vedi foto n.4 e n.6. L'appartamento è inserito in un tranquillo villaggio a Monte Petrosu nel comune di San Teodoro. E' composto da un grande soggiorno , 2 camere (totale 6 posti letto)1 bagno. L'ampia veranda coperta è molto godibile in quanto è posta in posizione ventilata , è attrezzata con tavolo e salottino in vimini .Di pertinenza c'è un piccolo giardino con barbecue e doccia esterna. L'appartamento è climatizzato ed è completo di lavastoviglie , lavatrice e televisore. Posto auto riservato. Il villaggio è inserito al centro dell'area marina protetta di Tavolara e capo coda cavallo.Nelle vicinanze coda cavallo con le più belle spiagge della zona ,cala girgolu,cala brandinchi, la cinta. Da Porto San Paolo,circa 4 km da casa ci sono i servizi barca per visitare le isole di tavolara e molara.

The flat is in Monte Petrosu (between Porto San Paolo e San Teodoro) in a very beautiful area,in a peaceful place far from the city chaos but but very well fitted out with restaurant, bars and shops.
There, you will find the most beautiful beaches of the area and by the natural park with the island of Tavolara, molara and Molarotto (it is possible to go on excursion in Porto San Paolo). There is also a cheap "sea taxy " service and it is possible to be transported to the wonderful small beaches of the islands by Tavolara.
Nearby there is Punta Aldia village with discos, tennis, grounds and golf
L'appartamento si trova a Monte petrosu (strada per punta molara) fra Porto San Paolo e coda cavallo (comune San Teodoro).La zona è di grande pregio,siamo in un ambiente tranquillo,lontano dal caos di San Teodoro ma ben servita ; a 100 metri ci sono ristoranti, bar e negozi,qui si trovano le più belle spiagge della zona oltre che l'area marina protetta con le isole di Tavolara , Molara e Molarotto(visitabili con escursioni dal vicino Porto San Paolo).Inoltre da località "Peschiera" con piccolo traghetto (con soli 4 euro) attraverso lo stagno di san teodoro si arriva al centro della bellissima spiaggia "la cinta" vera oasi naturale ;la spiaggia in questo punto è godibilissima anche in pieno agosto).

Da Olbia porto o da aereoporto costa smeralda prendere la statale 125 verso sud ,passata la località Porto San Paolo procedere ancora 5 km fino a raggiungere la località monte petrosu qui prendere a sinistra in direzione punta molara. Circa 20 km a sud di Olbia.
La casa si può raggiungere in auto o con autobus di linea.
