The apartment is really comfortable and tastefully decorated. The owners are lovely people available to the needs of the tenants. There are beautiful beaches and uncrowded a 5/10 minute drive. If you are looking for tranquility is the ideal place.

We were really impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the owners is dell'appartamanto, that the people of the area. The apartment was perfect, very clean and with all necessary amenities. We spent 2 weeks in a beautiful locatilà really beautiful with the magnificent beaches and a hinterland to discover. Definitely will be back!
Siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dalla cordialità e ospitalità sia dei proprietari dell'appartamanto, che dalla gente della zona. L'appartamento era perfetto, pulitissimo e con tutti i comfort necessari. Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane bellissime in una locatilà davvero splendida con delle spiaggie magnifiche e un entroterra tutto da scoprire. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!!

We rented the house which is a bit 'more distant from the sea, about 1km, but in a wonderful location, on a small promontory which affords a beautiful view of the sea, in a quiet location with a very nice patio where we always lunch and dinner. Within 15 days of leave have never eaten a meal inside, although there was comfortably the opportunity, but you want to put dinner with the sun beating down!
Abbiamo affittato la casa che si trova un po' più distante dal mare, circa 1km, ma in una posizione davvero splendida, su un piccolo promontorio che permette una bella vista mare, in posizione tranquilla, con un patio attrezzato molto bello nel quale abbiamo sempre pranzato e cenato. In 15 giorni di ferie non abbiamo mai consumato un pasto all'interno, nonostante ce ne fosse comodamente l'opportunità, ma volete mettere cenare con il sole a picco!
Beautiful house, very comfortable and spacious. Convenient for families like ours! The hosts are very kind, welcoming and very helpful for any need. The house is surrounded by a large garden, very well maintained and stocked with games for children. We had a great time because we are willing to rent it again, recommended to all!
Bellissima casa, molto confortevole e spaziosa. Comodissima per famiglie numerose come la nostra! I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi, molto ospitali e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. La casa è circondata da un grandissimo giardino, molto curato e fornito di giochi per bambini. Ci siamo trovati benissimo infatti siamo intenzionati ad affittarla nuovamente, consigliata a tutti!!!
The house was just like the owner had described spacious and comfortable ideal for hosting so many people .. in fact we were ten. A large garden with green and game room for our kids has really optimized everything. A wide veranda with a view of the garden and the collinie of St. Paschal has allowed us to eat out almost every night. The owner and his family are hospitable and always available to any of our needs. I would recommend this villa if you are in so many people and spend a beautiful holiday near the beautiful sea of ??Sardinia and its hills.
La casa era proprio come la proprietaria l'aveva descritta spaziosa confortevole e ottimale per ospitare tante persone ..infatti noi eravamo in dieci.
Un ampio giardino con verde e sala giochi per i nostri bambini ha veramente ottimizzato il tutto.
Un'ampia veranda con una vista sul giardino e sulle collinie di san pasquale ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori quasi tutte le sere.
La proprietaria e la sua famiglia sono persone ospitali e sempre disponibili a qualsiasi nostra esigenza.
Consiglio questa villa se siete in tante persone e passerete una bellissima vacanze vicino al bellissimo mare della Sardegna e le sue colline.

Situato fuori dal paese, posizione panoramica con vista mare.
Mare distante 2 km circa a piedi ma diverse e incantevoli spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti d'auto.
Consigliato per chi ama il relax e la natura.

The house is very spacious, located in the countryside yet close to the sea (by car), it offers the opportunity to rest while enjoying the many nearby beaches. The owners are lovely, very helpful and attentive. The garden is very well maintained (olive trees, geraniums, Bougainville, myrtle ...) and huge, the kids had plenty of room to play.
La maison est très spacieuse, située en pleine nature mais néanmoins proche de la mer (en voiture), elle offre la possibilité de se reposer tout en profitant des nombreuses plages environnantes.
Les propriétaires sont charmants, très disponibles et attentionnés. Le jardin est très bien entretenu (oliviers, géraniums, bougainvillé, myrthe...) et immense, les enfants avaient beaucoup de place pour jouer.

The owners are very present to meet the needs of their tenants. Total satisfaction for a trouble-free stay in a picturesque village just 1 km 500 of the rental place. Accueil chaleureux malgré l'heure d'arrivée tardive à la location.
Environnement très agréable dans la campagne. Logement très agréable avec de vastes espaces. Les propriétaires sont très présents pour satisfaire aux besoins de leurs locataires. Satisfaction totale pour un séjour sans problèmes dans un village pittoresque à quelques 1 km 500 du lieu de location.
Les plages alentour étant en fait situées à 2 km 500.
En résumé tout est ok.
After e-mail contact with the landlord, I know there are better pictures available are huge and fantastic garden, the garden can therefore be better illustrated. As well as the master bedroom. One of the bedrooms has two double beds instead of one double bed + bunk bed. The information is all rather brief on site while the house and garden are really fantastic. I should mention extra: Very charming (around built) house. The garden is not only 200 m2 2000 m2, really huge (half hill). There is a separate dining room / kitchen + TV room + living room with additional TV and additional dining area. One of the other double bedrooms have en-suite bathroom. No 'cooker' but big stove. Very large freezer. Also available: barbecue and children's toys. Only 15 minutes by car from Palau and Santa Teresa Gallura, close to many beautiful bays and beaches.
Na e-mailcontact met verhuurder weet ik dat er nog mooiere foto's beschikbaar zijn van enorme en fantastische tuin: de tuin kan dus beter worden geillustreerd. Evenals van de masterbedroom.
Een van de slaapkamers heeft 2 tweepersoonsbedden ipv 1 tweepersoonsbed + stapelbed.
De informatie is over all nogal summier op website terwijl het huis en de tuin echt fantastisch zijn. Ik zou extra vermelden:
Zeer charmant (rond gebouwd) huis.
De tuin is geen 200 m2 maar 2000 m2, echt enorm (halve heuvel).
Er is aparte eetkamer/keuken + televisiekamer + zitkamer met extra tv en extra eethoek.
Een van de andere slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbed heeft aansluitende badkamer.
Geen 'kooktoestel' maar groot gasfornuis.
Zeer grote vriezer.
Ook aanwezig: barbecue en kinderspeelgoed.
Slechts 15 autominuten van Palau en van Santa Teresa Gallura en dichtbij tal van van mooie baaien en stranden.
