I stayed with my family the second half of July in this very beautiful house, equipped with everything, even things you don't expect. The external veranda is very spacious and very useful for having lunch and dinner outside. At the back there is a small garden with an external hot shower and a covered area with the washing machine, the clothes horse and a cupboard with various detergents. The accommodation is very close to the beach and all the shops, bars, restaurants.... The only thing to point out is that the air conditioning didn't cool much on the hottest days, perhaps it needed maintenance. Samuele, the owner was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend.
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia la seconda metà di luglio in questa casa molto bella, accessoriata di tutto, anche di cose che non ti aspetti. La veranda esterna molto spaziosa e utilissima per pranzare e cenare fuori. Sul retro un piccolo giardino con doccia calda esterna e zona coperta con la lavatrice, lo stendibiancheria e un armadio con vari detersivi.
L'alloggio è vicinissimo alla spiaggia e a tutti i negozi, bar, ristoranti....
Unica cosa da segnalare, il condizionatore nelle giornate più calde non rinfrescava molto, forse avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione.

Definitely a positive evaluation, very comfortable house a few steps from the center and a quarter of an hour walk from the beach, so very convenient. The owner Dorota was extremely kind, helpful and ready to respond to our every need. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Our experience was extremely positive, the house was perfect, complete with every accessory and in a convenient area to reach all the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. In a few minutes on foot you reach Solanas beach which we liked very much. This year we returned to Sardinia for the sixth time and we had never met such kind and helpful owners. Special thanks to Salvatore and his wife, who made sure to make our holiday wonderful.
La nostra esperienza è stata estremamente positiva, la casa era perfetta, completa di ogni accessorio e in una zona comoda per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge della Sardegna. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di Solanas che ci è piaciuta moltissimo. Quest'anno siamo tornati in Sardegna per la sesta volta e non ci era mai capitato di incontrare proprietari così gentili e disponibili. Un ringraziamento speciale a Salvatore e a sua moglie, che hanno fatto in modo di rendere la nostra vacanza meravigliosa.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was bigger than expected and above all very clean.
The air conditioning works very well. In the garden with dining table you have privacy because the road at the entrance to the garden is a much lower level and on the sides the hedge is thick and high enough. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor and 1 in the basement, both with toilet and another toilet on the ground floor. The small balcony by the first-floor bedroom overlooking the sea is nice, but can only accommodate 2 people.
The owner Gianluca lives 2 houses away. He is also easy to reach via WhatsApp, responding quickly to questions.
The location is great. In 1 minute you walk to the beach spiaggia del Pellicano. The first beach has slightly coarser sand and there is a bar. The other beach, spiaggia Mare Rocce can be reached via the first beach. Here the sand is fine and slopes very slowly. It will be about a 5-minute walk. There is a bar here too and also boat rental which we have had good experience with. Not expensive and they don't try to scam you with extra charges when returning the boat as you often hear with boat rental companies. There are 2 more beaches nearby, but we didn't go there.
Large supermarket Euro spin 8 min drive away. A smaller one is in the village itself.
The city of Olbia can be reached in 10 minutes, but that depends on where you want to park. The airport is about 20 minutes away from the accommodation. Golfi Aranci is also nice for a visit, 12 minutes away.

The owners were very kind upon arrival, waiting for us and leaving two bottles of water and one of wine in the fridge. It's those little details that make the difference. The next day there was a problem with the toilet cistern, but Mrs. Carmen was quick to send a plumber, who replaced the broken part the next day. The house was very nice and comfortable, both inside and in the garden. The fact of being partly located in the basement (tavern type) allowed us to sleep well, without suffering from the atrocious heat of the days at the end of July. The location of the house (Bellavista village, practically an area of cute villas higher up than the larger Costa Rei village) is strategic for visiting the beaches in the area, obviously you just need a car. Plus we had a reserved parking space inside. Sincere thanks to Mrs. Carmen and her husband for the kindness and courtesy shown during our stay.
I proprietari sono stati molto gentili all'arrivo, attendendoci e lasciandoci due bottiglie di acqua e una di vino in frigo. Sono quei piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza. Il giorno successivo si è verificato un problema alla cassetta del wc, ma la sig.ra Carmen è stata tempestiva nel mandare un idraulico, che il giorno dopo ha sostituito il pezzo rotto. La casa era molto carina e comoda, sia dentro sia nel giardinetto. Il fatto di essere situata in parte al piano interrato (tipo taverna) ha consentito di dormire bene, senza soffrire il caldo atroce dei giorni di fine luglio. La posizione della casa (villaggio Bellavista, praticamente una zona di villette carine in alto rispetto al più grande Villaggio Costa Rei) è strategica per visitare le spiagge della zona, basta essere automuniti ovviamente. In più avevamo il posto auto riservato all'interno. Un sincero ringraziamento alla sig.ra Carmen e al marito per la gentilezza e per la cortesia dimostrati nel periodo della nostra permanenza.

Very friendly and helpful landlady. Apartment clean and functionally furnished. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Town center can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, La Cinta beach can be reached on foot in 30 minutes, saves parking costs at the beach! We came as a family with two children, and it was a very nice beach holiday for us! We can recommend it.
Sehr Freundliche und Hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wohnung sauber und Zwechmässig eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten , schönes Badezimmer. Stadtzentrum zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar, Strand La Cinta zu Fuss in 30 Minuten erreichbar , spart Parkplatz kosten beim Strand! Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern angereist, waren für uns sehr schöne Badeferien! Können wir weiter empfehlen.

The house is comfortable, suitable for a family of up to 4 people. The spaces are large and there is a small outdoor patio with table and chairs where you can eat. There is assigned parking in front of the apartment, very convenient and useful. As soon as we arrived the house was clean as was the supply of bed linen and towels. The separate garbage collection service was precise and punctual. The house is located in this very nice and convenient residence to the beach and the port where there are restaurants, bars, shops and a pharmacy. There is also a very convenient supermarket inside the residence. The girls at the reception were very helpful and kind. We had a good time and recommend this holiday home.
La casa è confortevole, adatta ad una famiglia fino a 4 persone. Gli spazi sono ampi ed un piccolo patio all' esterno con tavolo e sedie dove poter mangiare. Vi è un parcheggio assegnato di fronte all' appartamento, molto comodo e utile. Appena arrivati la casa era pulita così come la dotazione di biancheria da letto e da bagno. Il servizio di raccolta differenziata dell' immondizia era preciso e puntuale. La casa è situata in questo residence molto carino e comodo alla spiaggia e al porto dove vi sono ristoranti, bar, negozietti e la farmacia. Vi è inoltre un supermercato all' interno del residence davvero comodo. Le ragazze della reception sono state molto disponibili e gentili. Ci siamo trovati bene e consigliamo questa casa vacanze.

Casa in perfetto ordine, pulita e con tutto il necessario per trascorre serenamente la vacanza. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, possibilità di non parcheggiare auto sia all' interno della proprietà che all' esterno, la spiaggia con pineta è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti.
Ottima posizione anche per raggiungere altre bellissime spiagge e località per trascorrere le seratea sera.
Small house but with everything you need, fresh, it was very comfortable even when looked after. I just have to point out a couple of little things: maybe under the window put 2 shelves to be able to put shoes or other things and add some hooks for bags or hats. Ps the chairs for eating were a little uncomfortable. However, absolutely recommended

Devo solo far notare un paio di piccolezze: magari sotto la finestra mettere 2 mensole x poter mettere scarpe o altro e aggiungere qualche gancio per borse o cappellini.
P.s. le sedie per mangiare erano un pochino scomode .

An ideally located house with direct access to a magnificent beach! The terrace opens entirely onto the bay. It is well ventilated and allows you, at least in June, to be cool during the hot weather. Giovanna is very friendly and attentive to our well-being. We will go back!!!
Une maison idéalement placée avec accès direct à une plage magnifique ! La terrasse s’ouvre entièrement sur la baie. Elle est bien aérée et permet, en tout cas en juin, d’être au frais durant les fortes chaleurs.
Giovanna est très sympathique et attentive à notre bien-être.
