Nestled in an exceptional natural setting, just 5 minutes by car from Bordardoué beach and the center of Le Palais. This spacious 125 m² home can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features a pleasant 53 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of almost 1,000 m². Wi-Fi is included, so all that's missing is you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with 3 gas hobs, 1 electric hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is ideally located in Le Palais, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Embark for the largest of the Breton islands, whether you're a fan of board sports, iodized flavors, art or adventure, you'll always be satisfied with unique experiences. Visit the home of Sarah Bernardt, who settled on the island at the end of the 19th century, or head for the north-west of the island to Sauzon, a picturesque port and one of the island's must-sees. Continue your discovery of the island and its emblematic sites:
- Climb the Grand Phare.
- Locmaria church.
- Admire the needles of Port Coton.
- The Pointe des Poulains.
- Take a boat trip.
- Visit the Vauban citadel...
Gastronomy: taste the "pouce pied", a crustacean, the honey of the black bee or the "agneau du large".
- Events: Every Wednesday evening entertainment in July and August.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot (two cars).

- Getting around Belle-Île requires some form of transport. We recommend using a car, scooter or bike (an electric bike is recommended),
Other remarks :
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not supplied.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave your accommodation clean and tidy, and clean all appliances after use.
