We rent our new apartment ideally located in Valmeinier 1800, quiet but 2 minutes walk from the snow front and 1 minute walk from all the shops. On the second floor of the "Le Belvédère" residence, with a breathtaking view of the village, the Crey du Quart and the grand panorama.

New top-of-the-range building of 65m^2 and 25 m^2 of terrace, with private parking, gym and laundry. Ideal for lovers of the mountains, skiing, walking, cycling or mountain biking. Magnificent views.

Description and equipment:

Vast living room of 35m² with fully equipped open kitchen. 2 large bay windows, one facing south, the other east and giving access to the large L-shaped terrace and its 270° view.

A master bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed and its adjoining shower room, with washbasin and WC; a bedroom with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed; a bedroom with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed and a 90 cm x 190 cm upper bed. Closet and window in each bedroom.

A bathroom with bath and sink. A second separate WC.

Top-of-the-range equipment (flat screen TV, home cinema + Bluetooth hi-fi, elaborate lighting, stone walls, granite kitchen top, underfloor heating with individual gas boiler, heated towel rails, electric shutters, heated ski locker with dryer - shoes, automatic garage door, etc.).
Well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, traditional pyrolysis oven, combined microwave oven, 200 L fridge with freezer space, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette/stone grill, etc.)

Location in the garage under the residence with direct access by lift. Large ski locker on the ground floor with direct access to the pedestrian street leading to the shops and snow front. Laundry with washing machine / dryer accessible free of charge.
