Just 3 km away from the house there is the beautiful and unspoilt Cornino Bay (see photo), sandy beach at times intersected by rocks where they hide urchins, octopus and you can draw all types of fish, All here is dominated by Mount Cofano (nature reserve) and the caves of Scurati houses of the Living Nativity Museum .
Not far away, the beautiful beaches of Castelluzzo, Makari and the spectacular Bay Santa Margherita (see photo) and even San Vito lo Capo, one of the most beautiful coasts of Italy ..it is also famous for the excellent couscous - "Cous Cous Festival" on September.
The excellent house location allows to visit important sites such as the temples of Segesta and Selinunte or the medieval Erice with its Venus Castle that you can also visit with a panoramic cable car and where you can taste excellent typical Sicilian cakes,
and Trapani also known for its Salt museum. Not far from here, Marsala, elegant town historically known for the landing of Garibaldi at which is dedicated a permanent exhibition and at the Baglio Anselmi Museum you can admire an amazing wreck Punic.
At about 10 km from Marsala, in the middle of a lagoon, is the small island of Mozia, a Phoenician colony, where you can admire the remains of an acropolis and necropolis and the famous museum of the amphoras.
At night, the coastal area of Custonaci, "Cornino Bay" offers many pubs and restaurants and Discoteka and summer is a meeting point in the evening.
You can 't miss also the trips to the Zingaro nature reserve and its natural white beaches.
The house is equipped with all comforts for a truly relaxing holiday. It is furnished and equipped with all appliances including air conditioning in every room. A pine forest in the garden of about 500 square meters you offer a truly unique place and fresh.
The living room, overlooking a terrace covered with a wooden roof in front of the garden, offers the pleasant possibility to eat outside after a roast on the grill. The courtyard in front of the kitchen is equipped with a large marble table and barbecue. On the sun terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view and you tan in the sun of Sicily.
The house has two showers, one indoor and one outdoor.
The nearby village of Custonaci (1km) offers the convenience of being able to find any kind of need a supermarket, shops , medical, pizza, etc. .... and at about 400 meters from the house threre is a large supermarket.
Guaranteed relax, fall asleep to the sound of crickets and wake up with birds singing. Near the house you can also taste and buy fresh ricotta cheese while still hot.
Pets are very welcome.

The house is as described, then the location is fantastic, from there you are in San Vito in 20 minutes.

Appreciable the location in a very quiet area but only a few minutes from all services and the beautiful beach of Baia Cornino certainly preferable to the more chaotic San Vito lo Capo.

out of the chaos of San Vito Lo Capo (still reachable in 15 minutes) but strategic for all journeys in western Sicily (Erice and Trapani on all)

The house is in a quiet location outside the center, recommended for those who want to stay away from the crowds, in the car in a short time you can reach beautiful places.
Personally we enjoyed very much the veranda, barbecue and garden.

We must say that the pictures posted on the website do not do justice to the house of presence is another matter entirely. The house is comfortable, hyper-equipped (inside there is more of everything). Charming second bedroom in the annexe. The indoor and outdoor spaces are well distributed. Spectacular space for breakfast outside. The garden is good, but it would be great if you cared a little 'more.
It is a house that gladly recommend to anyone who wants to spend their holidays in an area full of places to visit, but at the same time he wants to live his moments of privacy in silence tranquility and serenity.
The owners are very kind and helpful in providing valuable information on the location of Custonaci and surroundings but also of Palermo. The location is great because it makes it easier hiking without binding to a single beach. Perfect for couples with children: the great garden is a space to "discover " and inventing new and exciting games in total safety. Perfect for those who love to relax in a quiet, secluded location but close to everything you need: supermarket, bakery, newsagent, etc.. The seaside towns of the surroundings are spectacular, well equipped, clean and organized. Ideal for those who love walking. Not far from the house start of the paths leading to the forest.

I highly recommend this lovely house in Custonaci. our party of 8 had a fantastic time. the house is comfortable, well equipped. your children will love playing in this garden. there is a greatpatio for "cool " eating. there's all you need for your barbecue. good for relaxing, walking, exploring different beaches and Palermo. the owners are very friendly to helpful. the sunset from the patio is stunning. the breathtaking landscapes. no disappointment. I will go back.
