Access to the apartment was complicated because of the tenants on the ground floor who had an aggressive dog who attacked us twice. Despite an email to warn Maria Louisa, we had no reaction from her.

Responding to his advice, I am amazed. I don't think you choose the establishment if the person speaks French or not. I, the one who checked in, speak in English and we communicated giving you even more tips and more information. If I had known it was a problem, I would have brought the person who speaks French.
I did not answer your emails, calls? I'm sorry madam but I answer very quickly.. She also called me on the phone and we talked.

Répondant à son avis, je suis étonné. Je ne pense pas que vous choisissiez l'établissement si la personne parle français ou non. Moi, celui qui s'est enregistré, je parle en anglais et nous avons communiqué en vous donnant encore plus de conseils et plus d'informations. Si j'avais su que c'était un problème, j'aurais amené la personne qui parle français.
Je n'ai pas répondu à vos mails, appels ? Je suis désolé madame mais je réponds très rapidement .. Elle m'a aussi appelé par téléphone et nous avons parlé.
En tout cas merci pour l'avis.

We booked accommodation in the attic which includes a terrace equipped with a barbecue.
The only suggestion I give to Marialuisa, who welcomed us very well, is to replace the 2 single beds in the kitchen with a sofa bed in order to have more space in the kitchen or even to put a bigger table, than in the hottest days. you can eat indoors.
Having said that we will definitely return, but, next time we will book for the accommodation with the garden.

I also thank you for your evaluation regarding the sofa but it is no coincidence as until last year there was it but to give more comfort to a family of 3/4 people it has been replaced by two beds.

Grazie mille per la recensione e che vi siate trovati bene! Vi aspetterò insieme alla vostra cagnolina Koda. Capisco e concordo. Un piano terra con giardino è sempre piu confortevole se si ha un amico a 4 zampe.
Ti ringrazio inoltre per la tua valutazione inerente al divano peró non è un caso in quanto fino allo scorso anno vi era esso ma per dare più comodità ad una famiglia di 3/4 persone è stato sostituito da due letti.
Vi aspetto sempre! Un bacione :) :)
