Bright and cozy apartment overlooking the sea and the square of Mondello.
The apartment is located in a two-story building overlooking the square of Mondello and features modern furnishings. The kitchen is comfortable and functional, well equipped with an oven, a kettle and a coffee maker. It is accessed via a few steps: on the right of the entrance the living area features a sofa, a table and a TV. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and access to the balcony overlooking the square, the other with two single beds overlooking the inner balcony. The balcony, which can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living room, is furnished with two chairs, and boasts a splendid view: in fact, from here you can admire the sea of Mondello, for a vacation of relaxation and aperitifs with a view. To the left of the entrance is the bathroom with bathtub and shower, overlooking the internal balcony (little terrace) equipped with a space used as laundry.
The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn't matter if it's lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! The apartment has all services within a few minutes' walk, Mondello beach is only a 5-minute walk away, as is the beautiful Capo Gallo Nature Reserve. Finally, Falcone and Borsellino Airport is a 26-minute drive away.
