House located in very nice location, close enough to the country for the services, but in quiet and peaceful area. Beautiful sea view, plenty of space around the house that allows you to live quietly outdoor (veranda, chairs, deck chairs, shade). The apartment is adequate and equipped with everything you need, even within large spaces livable (apt. 6). Owner friendly, very hospitable, friendly and helpful. House recommended.
Casa situata in posizione molto bella, abbastanza vicina al paese per i servizi, ma in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Bellissima vista mare, ampio spazio circostante la casa che permette di vivere tranquillamente all'aperto (veranda, seggiole, sdraio, ombra). L'appartamento è adeguato e fornito di tutto il necessario, spazi ampi vivibili anche all'interno (apt. da 6). Proprietario gentilissimo, estremamente ospitale, cordiale e disponibile. The house is in conformity with the description, very fresh, spacious, comfortable position is to go to the beach and in the center of Avola. Nearby (5 minutes walk) there are 2 supermarkets, a fish market and other shops. The owner is very friendly and helpful for any need, we found ourselves very well, picked us up at the bus station and and greeted us with pastries typical of Sicily. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling without a car for its strategic location. Who is in Avola must visit Noto, is a really beautiful city and is just 15 minutes drive from Avola. There are buses that leave from Piazza Trieste. I would recommend this house for your holiday in Sicily.
La casa è conforme alla descrizione, molto fresca, spaziosa, posizione comoda sia per andare in spiaggia che in centro di Avola. Nelle vicinanze (5 minuti a piedi) ci sono 2 supermercati, una pescheria e altri negozi. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, ci siamo trovati molto bene, è venuto a prenderci alla stazione del bus e e ci ha accolti con dei pasticcini tipici di Sicilia. Consiglio questa casa a tutti quelli che viaggiano senza macchina per la sua posizione strategica.
Chi viene ad Avola deve visitare Noto, è una città veramente splendida e si trova a soli 15 minuti di macchina da Avola. ci sono i pullman che partono dalla piazza Trieste.

Spacious apartment with fantastic garden in the center of Avola, a 15-minute walk from the sea. Mr. Paul was a lovely person! Despite the short stay we were very good although I would recommend renting a car to get around the villages around to have more independence.

The apartment from the Bologna family was fine, new and attractively furnished. A fun highly recommended for people who want to taste the real atmosphere of Sicily. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment looks much better than on the website. You feel as home.

The location of the house is convenient, close to the town but in quiet location, with car parking facilities closed by a gate. Very pleasant outdoor space livable with cooking on the grill and clean apartment with everything you need. The owner very helpful, friendly, warm welcome. Absolutely recommended. ps positive assessment of the cumulative effect of 11 adults!
La location della casa è comoda, vicino al paese ma in luogo silenzioso, con possibilità di parcheggio auto chiuso da un cancello. Molto gradito lo spazio esterno vivibile con possibilità di cucinare alla griglia; appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario.

E Ballestrate è stata una rivelazione: spiaggia pulita sia libera che attrezzata. L'abitazione e il luogo l'abbiamo già raccomandato. Un saluto alla signora Maria che non abbiamo rivisto ma che è stata gentilissima.
Context delicious, we found ourselves in a place of absolute tranquility surrounded by nature away from the hustle of the city. The picturesque pine forest has given us hours of enjoyable reading. The house is fully equipped and the kids really enjoyed playing in outdoor areas where tranquility (the photos do not do justice). We were able to enjoy the excellent cheese and fresh ricotta still warm produced just 100 meters from the house. The sea is still intact and we hope to return in periods more 'hot to be able to fully enjoy. The owners were very kind in giving us advice that is in the reception and show us the most 'beautiful to visit. Highly recommended beach still "natural " (it is not accessible by car, but only with a characteristic train) of Calazza (a dream) and Santa Margherita bay that have nothing to envy (in fact we preferred because of the chaos) to the chaotic San Vito. Finally unforgettable day spent at the historic and romantic Erice to taste us cassatelle ... absolutely recommended!
Contesto delizioso, ci siamo trovati in un luogo di assoluta tranquillità immersi nella natura lontano dal caos della città. La pittoresca pineta ci ha regalato ore di piacevole lettura. La casa è davvero completa di tutto e i bambini godevano di spazi esterni dove giocare in tranquillità (le foto non rendono giustizia). Abbiamo potuto gustare l'ottimo formaggio e la ricotta fresca ancora calda prodotta proprio a 100 metri dall'abitazione. Il mare è ancora incontaminato e contiamo di tornare in periodi piu' caldi per poterlo godere in pieno. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi sia nell'accoglienza che nel darci consigli e indicarci i luoghi piu' belli da visitare. Consigliatissima la spiaggia ancora "naturale" (non è accessibile in auto ma solo con un caratteristico trenino) della Calazza (un sogno) e baia Santa Margherita che niente hanno da invidiare (anzi noi la preferivamo per via del caos ) alla caotica San Vito. Giornata indimenticabile infine trascorsa alla storica e romantica Erice a gustarci le cassatelle ... assolutamente consigliata!

House in excellent condition, refined and pleasant. Equipped with all the comforts, exactly as shown in the ad. The hostess was attentive and present, although there have never been any problems whatsoever. A stone's throw from the beach, with restaurants and shops nearby.

The welcome was great, the owners were exemplary: they showed us around the house, they gave us historical references, logistics and tour of the place, told us about the neighbors (an elderly couple beautiful) which refer in case of need. The area is very quiet. All too silent (for those used to city noises). We must say that the pictures posted on the website do not do justice to the house of presence is another matter entirely. The house is comfortable, hyper-equipped (inside there is more of everything). Charming second bedroom in the annexe. The indoor and outdoor spaces are well distributed. Spectacular space for breakfast outside. The garden is good, but it would be great if you cared a little 'more. It is a house that gladly recommend to anyone who wants to spend their holidays in an area full of places to visit, but at the same time he wants to live his moments of privacy in silence tranquility and serenity.
L’accoglienza è stata ottima, i proprietari sono stati esemplari: ci hanno fatto vedere tutto della casa, ci hanno dato riferimenti storici, logistici e turistici del posto, ci hanno fatto conoscere anche i vicini (una coppia di anziani splendidi) cui fare riferimento in caso di bisogno.
La zona è molto tranquilla. Anche troppo silenziosa (per chi è abituato ai rumori cittadini).
Bisogna dire che le foto pubblicate sul sito non rendono giustizia alla casa che di presenza è tutta un’altra cosa. La villetta è comoda, iper attrezzata, (dentro c’è di tutto di più). Affascinante la seconda camera da letto matrimoniale in dependance. Gli spazi interni ed esterni sono ben distribuiti. Spettacolare lo spazio per la colazione all’esterno. Il giardino è buono, ma sarebbe ottimo se curato un po' di più.
È una villetta che consiglio volentieri a chi vuole passare le vacanze in una zona piena di posti da visitare, ma che vuole contemporaneamente vivere i suoi momenti di privacy in silenzio tranquillità e serenità.

The holiday was perfect. All corrispodeva to what you had been written in the ad. We found it clean and the owner even made us a welcome gift (a pack of biscuits with almonds typical of the region). The owner explained everything and made to sign a lease giving clarification on. Throughout the stay was always very helpful and responded quickly to our every request. We totally relaxed in the spacious bedrooms and corrodio out on the porch where we could enjoy lunch and dinner and always in the shade with a nice cool breeze, good for the hot afternoons. The house is located in a strategic area, 15 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes walk from the city center. It's pretty much the center of everything. The town is very quiet and people friendly and available.
Everything was to our liking, will definitely be back in Avola because the place was a delight and who knows maybe we are lucky enough to find again the same home free.

La casa vacanze era perfetta. Tutto corrispodeva a ció che era stato scritto nell´annuncio. L´abbiamo trovata pulita ed il proprietario ci ha anche fatto un regalo di benvenuto ( un pacchetto di dolcetti alle mandorle tipiche della regione).
Il proprietario ci ha spiegato tutto e fatto firmare un contratto d´affitto dandoci delucidazioni in merito. Durante tutto il soggiorno è stato sempre molto disponibile ed ha risposto in maniera rapida ad ogni nostra richiesta.
Ci siamo totalmente rilassati nelle ampie stanze da letto e nel corrodio fuori sulla verandina dove potevamo goderci pranzo e cena sempre all´ombra e con un bel venticello fresco, toccasana per i pomeriggi caldi.
La casa è ubicata in una zona strategica, 15 minuti a piedi dal mare e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della cittá. È praticamente al centro di tutto. La cittadina è molto tranquilla e le persone socievoli e disponibili.
Tutto è stato di nostro gradimento, ritorneremo sicuramente ad Avola perchè il posto era un incanto e chissà magari avremo la fortuna di trovare di nuovo la stessa casa libera.
Il proprietario è una persona squisita, siamo stati praticamente sempre in contatto telefonico: dal momento dell´accordo via internet al giorno d´arrivo.
La consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che un giorno vogliano godersi una bella vacanza sulla costa orientale della Sicilia all´insegna del relax e della tranquillità.
