Villa Novesia is in Calpe, situated in a very nice and quiet residential area. The villa has sea views and the Peñon of Ifach. Sleeps 10-12 guests in comfort, with 5 double bedrooms, private pool (10x5), terrace with barbecue and parking area. Closed and fenced grounds.
  It has 2 floors connected by an external staircase:
  Ground floor: Covered terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and pool access. Lounge, dining area with chimney, TV-sat, TDT. Gas kitchen, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and household items. Bathroom with bath, two double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds).
  First floor: Balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooking the pool, the garden, the sea and the Peñon of Ifach. Lounge, dining area with fireplace, TV-sat and sea views.
