A warm and inviting home, stylish and modern situated in the new, upper part of the village but just a short stroll into the heart of Frigiliana.

At entrance level, the hall opens into a good size lounge / dining room with fireplace, a well equipped good size fitted kitchen with stainless steel domestic appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, etc., a bedroom and a guest toilet.Stairs lead up to two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property offers 2 terraces, both looking south-west and with village views. The house has central heating with wall-mounted radiators and air conditioning.

Fully furnished (towels and linen).

Alhambra (Granada) : 99km
From the airport : on the airport exit road, follow the signs for Malaga (not Torremolinos). This involves a long sweeping turn to the right and down onto another dual carriageway.
At the second exit on this road (after about 1 mile) follow the signs for N-340 to Motril. This involves another sweeping right turn. Now stay on the N-340 and follow the signs to Motril and Almeria for about forty five miles, 65km.
You leave the motorway at junction 292 which is signposted to Nerja and Frigiliana. At the roundabout at the end of the slip road follow the signs towards Frigiliana, MA5105.
Une chaleureuse et accueillante maison située dans la partie moderne du village andalou de Frigiliana, à seulement deux pas du centre historique. Très facile d’accès avec possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. Petits commerces et restaurants avec WIFI à proximité.

La maison est entièrement équipée sur deux étages avec tout le confort moderne nécessaire pour 2 ou 4 personnes.
Au 1er étage : 2 chambres (deux grands lits), une grande salle de bain avec WC, une grande terrasse équipée d’un évier et d’un petit réfrigérateur avec vue sur les montagnes environnantes et le village de Frigiliana.
Au rez-de-chaussée : une cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-linge, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur et congélateur, micro-ondes et four, table de cuisson à gaz, cafetière, grille-pain, théière…), un grand salon avec cheminée, WC et une deuxième terrasse.
La maison est équipée d’un chauffage central avec radiateurs muraux, d’une climatisation et de ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces.

Le linge de maison (draps, serviettes de toilette, essuie-main, essuie-tout) est fourni.
Le ménage et les lits sont faits à l'arrivée et au départ de chaque locataire (inclus dans le tarif). Merci cependant de laisser la maison dans un état convenable ; un état des lieux sera fait avant restitution de la caution.

Nous sommes au beau milieu du parc naturel des Sierras Tejeda et Almijara, un site magnifique qui offre de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées ou excursions pour tous les niveaux. Le village de Frigiliana est situé :
à 7km des plages de Nerja ;
à 50km de Malaga (Aéroport de Malaga : 66 Km) ;
à 99km de Grenade.
La piscine municipale est à 5minutes à pied depuis la maison.

Un bus part de Frigiliana jusqu’à Nerja depuis 7:00 le matin jusqu’à 21:00 le soir dix fois par jour aller-retour (1,20€ le ticket).

Getting there
Arriving in Frigiliana: carry straight on in the main street (Av Carlos Cano). On this section of road you will pass a school and swimming pool on your left, then a laundry on your right. Take the right-hand turn at the roundabout. You arrive in the street "Rosarico la Joaquin", so try to find somewhere legal to park. Our house is above the Art Gallery Krabbe and is reached by going up the flight of stairs next to the Estate Agent. At the top of the stairs, turn right and our flat is at number seven.
On accède à Frigiliana par la route MA-5105 qui relie le village à la ville de Nerja. Pour accéder à la location il faut continuer sur cette route en direction de Torrox (village) et au dernier rond point avant la sortie du village de Frigiliana, tourner à droite et prendre la rue Rosarico la Joaquin. Se garer dans cette rue, puis prendre l'escalier qui monte en longeant l'agence immobilière Arteisur. La maison se trouve à droite dans la petite ruelle.
