All rooms (living room, kitchen and bedroom) have direct access to the private terrace, so the whole apartment has plenty of sunlight throughout the day.
Delicias Street and the area where it is located are completely safe. It is a residential part of Madrid, bordering the historic center of the city. Communication in any type of transport is very good.
