Attic with terrace a few steps from the sea with a beautiful view of Ortigia.

To access the attic, located on the second floor, guests will need to cross the terrace, shared with another apartment, and is equipped with a gazebo, a table, some chairs and a rocking chair, and from where they can enjoy a fantastic view of Ortigia. The living room is furnished with a single sofa bed, a TV and a desk. A door leads to the dining room, equipped with a table and a small kitchenette, a refrigerator, a microwave and a kettle. The apartment is completed by a bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed and clothes tack, and a bathroom with shower.

Internet connection, washing machine, air conditioning and heating will be at guests' disposal.

Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solarium (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its h natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi.
