This apartment for 4 people has been recently renovated and is equipped with all the comforts to feel at home; it is very bright thanks to the French windows that open onto the terrace which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. The terrace, ideal for having lunch or dinner outdoors overlooking the sea or for a relaxing break, is furnished with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. Upon entering you are greeted by the large living room with an open kitchen: here the sofa can be turned into a double bed / two single beds, then there is a TV and a dining table. A small desk with a lamp can be used for smart working. The open kitchen is equipped with all utensils, oven and dishwasher. The beaches in front of the house are very beautiful, wide and equipped with sand. There are also free beaches in the area towards Sanremo.

Behind the house you can rent bicycles and rickshaws, even with pedal assistance.
The apartment is located in the center of Taggia. the seafront street is a very lively area rich in restaurants and bars. Mini markets and small shops are all within walking distance.
Arma di Taggia is located in the stretch of coast called the Riviera dei Fiori. Sanremo, just 6 km away, is famous for hosting the Festival della canzone italiana, the casino, and the majestic Empress promenade. The beaches in Taggia are sandy and very wide, all equipped with bars and restaurants. On the seafront there are restaurants and bars with live music. The train station is 2 km from the apartment
