We had a very good stay, the apartment is equipped as described. The owner (living in the building) is a friendly hostess, available and responsive to the needs of her tenants. The views from the terrace are dazzling and unforgettable. We will try to come back to it if possible. Only small problem, but not due to the rental itself, is the presence of mosquitoes this year preventing you from being able to fully enjoy the terrace in the evening, unless you are well equipped to protect yourself. Thanks again to Ms. Albesa for her professionalism and seriousness.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement est équipé comme décrit. La propriétaire (habitant l'immeuble) est une hôtesse aimable, disponible et réactive aux besoins de ses locataires. Les vues depuis la terrasse sont éblouissantes et inoubliables. Nous essaierons d'y revenir si cela est possible. Seul petit hic, mais pas dû à la location en elle même c'est la présence de moustiques cette année vous empêchant de pouvoir profiter pleinement de la terrasse en soirée, à moins de bien s'équiper pour se protéger. Merci encore à Mme Albesa pour son professionalisme et son sérieux.
Very attentive to any need we had. Even with a mix up with pets. The views from the apartment are incredible. The private parking is very comfortable. The location is very good, we went everywhere on foot, the coves are on the side... Eager to repeat. Thank you very much Raquel for your predisposition. All the best!

A wonderful, lovely villa in an ultra clean and very charming setting. A real favorite. There were 22 of us and the villa is perfectly thought out, decorated, equipped and impeccably clean. The service is TOP!!! The owner very accommodating on schedules and takes time for arrival and departure. The swimming pool and the private jacuzzi are pleasant (even if fresh for the season). Close to very beautiful beaches and small village. We left on Salou in 25min by TAXI (Easy to find and cheap). We recommend without hesitation!!
Une merveille, ravissante villa dans un cadre ultra propre et très charmant. Un vrai coup de cœur. Nous étions 22 et la villa est parfaitement pensée, décorée, équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le service est TOP !!! Le propriétaire très arrangeant sur les horaires et prend le temps pour l'arrivée et le départ. La piscine et le jacuzzi privé sont agréable (même si fraiche pour la saison). Proche des très belles plages et de petit village. Nous sommes sorti sur Salou en 25min en TAXI ( Facile à trouver et pas cher). Nous recommandons sans hésitation!!
Apartment very well located, facing very beautiful coves. The city center is just behind. Everything can be done on foot. Quiet and relaxing holidays. Also, the owner is very friendly. I recommend with eyes closed.

The property corresponds in all respects to the photos. Superb very clean swimming pool, be careful this one is not secure. The terrace and the garden are very pleasant. The interior is very rustic but we only used the kitchen which is very functional. the dishwasher is very practical a baby chair, a plus. In some rooms, the bedding could be improved but the whole is more than positive and Mr. Raul Barco is very available and very friendly. Mandelli family of 25.
Le bien correspond en tout point aux photos. Superbe piscine très propre, attention celle ci n’est pas sécurisée. La terrasse ainsi que le jardin sont très agréables. L’intérieur est très rustique mais nous n’avons utilisé que la cuisine qui est bien fonctionnelle.
le lave vaisselle est bien pratique une chaise pour bébé, un plus. Dans certaines chambres, la literie serait à améliorer mais l’ensemble est plus que positif et M Raul Barco est très disponible et très sympathique.

The apartment was perfect, spacious, bright and very well equipped. A magnificent view of the sea. The residence was quiet and extremely well maintained as well as the swimming pool. All perfect! Raul was very kind. The pool area has a porch, which is not seen in the photos since it is new. That's where we've spent all the time. The house is as it is in the photos, comfortable beds and sofa. It has everything you need. It is 3 minutes by car from some beautiful coves. I would definitely repeat!!

La parte de la piscina tiene un porche , el cual no se ve en las fotos ya que es nuevo. Allí es donde hemos pasado todo el tiempo . La casa es tal cual en las fotos, camas y sofá cómodos. Tiene todo lo necesario .
Está a 3 minutos en coche de unas calas preciosas .

Very clean and tidy chalet. The owner very friendly. Too bad I don't put the sheets (covid) and you have to bring them yourself. It also does not have a clothesline. Being in an urbanization, you need the car to go anywhere. There are no stores to buy, you have to go to town. And the beaches in the area are made of stones. The perfect chalet. L'Ametlla de Mar is a town that has nothing. Ugly town and a lot of immigration.
Chalet muy limpio y ordenado. La propietaria muy amable. Lástima q no ponga las sábanas( covid) y tienes que traértelas tú. Tampoco dispone de tendedero. Al estar en una urbanización, necesitas el coche para ir a cualquier sitio. No hay tiendas para comprar, hay q ir al pueblo. Y las playas de la zona, son de piedras. El chalet perfecto.
L' Ametlla de Mar es un pueblo que no tiene nada. Pueblo feo y mucha inmigración.
