Delightful villa on two levels (with solarium) surrounded by greenery, a few minutes from the town and the sea, both reachable by car.
The rental includes a large garden with parking spaces.
The house has an entrance hall with adjoining bathroom and two double bedrooms. Going down a few steps we find a large eat-in kitchen, a second bathroom, exiting onto a large veranda with awning and built-in barbecue.

Deliziosa Villetta su due livelli (con solarium) immersa nel verde, a pochi minuti dal paese e dal mare, entrambi raggiungibili in auto. L'abitazione è così composta: esternamente ampio giardino con posti auto. Internamente saloncino di ingresso con annesso bagno e due stanze da letto matrimoniali. scendendo qualche gradino troviamo un'ampia cucina abitabile con il secondo bagno, uscita su ampia veranda con tettoia e barbecue in muratura.
