Holiday home in the center of the small town of lower Salento (TIGGIANO), 2km from the beautiful cliffs of Salento, 18 km from the Maldives of Salento, 13km from Santa Maria di Leuca, 40km from Gallipoli and Otranto.
The house has two floors: on the ground floor is the kitchen, dining room and a large living room with sofa and TV. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with balcony, for a total of 6-7 beds, and a large bathroom with tub and shower. The apartment is air conditioned and has a beautiful courtyard with space to park a car.

L'appartamento è composto da 2 piani: al piano terra si trovano cucina, sala da pranzo e un ampio e luminoso soggiorno con divano e TV. Al primo piano sono presenti 3 camere da letto, ognuna con balcone, per un totale di 5 posti letto, un ampio bagno con vasca e doccia separata. L'appartamento è dotato di climatizzatore in TUTTE le stanze, pannello solare per l'acqua calda, infissi e zanzariere nuove ed ha inoltre un bel cortile con posto auto interno. Una perfetta misura anticrisi, adatto a chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno di relax e divertimento nell'estremità più a sud della splendida penisola salentina.
