This holiday home is located on the hill of Torre Pali, within an estate, and offers its guests a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. It is about 120 m² in size and consists of a kitchen complete with all essential accessories (Fridge, Cooker, Pots, Dishes, Glasses and Cutlery), 1 bedroom that accommodates 4 guests, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed with the addition of a pull-out bed, 1 bathroom with shower and a living room with a single sofa bed with satellite TV-Sat and an integrated Smart-TV system thanks to the wireless Hdmi transmitter Donflix. The Villa has an adjoining detached annexe (optional: it accommodates 2 guests), complete with a fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, Cooker, Pots, Dishes, Glasses and Cutlery) and bathroom. Capable of accommodating up to 8 guest (10 if you book the studio too). Additional services include free high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a fan in each room, and a free shared washing machine. The private outdoor area includes a large garden with an outdoor shower, where a 3x4x1 swimming pool can be requested at extra charge, as well as a sun umbrella and sun loungers for sunbathing. The complete area is over 10,000 square metres. You can roast your favourite dishes (Meat, Fish and Vegetables) in a barbecue for your exclusive use.

The private outdoor area is equipped with a table for eating outside and sun loungers with an umbrella for sunbathing and an outdoor shower. Children under 12 can have fun in the playground with slides and swings. Walks in the midst of nature among olive groves and orchards will give you the chance to eat seasonal fruit (Figs, Prickly Pears, Peaches and Plums) picked right by you! The property is located 1 km from the nearest beach 'Torre Pali', 3 km from the 'Maldives of Salento' and 2 km from the 'Seychelles of Salento'. Nearby you can rent Go Karts at an international track, rent water scooters without a licence and go on excursions to the caves. Breakfast is available on request with a supplement to be requested at the time of booking. Bed linen and towels are available on request with a supplement to be requested at the time of booking (20 euros person/stay).
The property has fenced and video-monitored parking spaces, all free of charge. Pets are allowed (5 pets maximum, 50 euros pet/stay) with a surcharge to be requested at the time of booking. We operate differentiate rubbish collection at the property and more information will be provided on site. Excursions to the caves by boat departing from Torre Pali can be booked directly with us. Cars, scooters and bicycles are available for hire, information on site.
