A stunning penthouse with two large terraces overlooking the sea, located in a quiet setting on the side of a hill sloping down to the sea, just 250 meters away from a suggestive pebble beach and crystal clear water.
It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a slightly narrower double bed approx. 1.30 meters wide), a large living room with kitchen (with gas stove, oven, fridge and everything you need to prepare your own meals), two bathrooms with shower. In the living room there is a single sofa bed, so the house can accommodate up to 5 people. All around the apartment there are panoramic terraces reserved for you, partly shaded, ideal for sunbathing while admiring the view. The roof terrace, also reserved for you, is beautiful too - an ideal location for an aperitif at sunset. The apartment was renovated a few years ago, it is air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort for a relaxing and special holiday.
The penthouse is located on the top floor of a building with 4 units; on the lower floor there are three studios with a maximum of 9 guests in total. There are no spaces shared with guests on the lower floor; you will have your own portion of the garden, with reserved parking with a roof, your own independent entrance at the back of the house, and the terraces guarantee you maximum privacy.
The sea is less than 5 minutes away on foot; the beach below the house is a free pebble beach with crystal clear water, also suitable for children. In a few minutes by car you can reach the sandy beaches of Torre Vado and Pescoluse, including the equipped beaches of the Maldives of Salento and Cinque Vele. There are several supermarkets, shops and restaurants within a few minutes' drive.

️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
Final cleaning is not included and costs €80, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
Pets are NOT allowed in this property.
We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €400 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,38 on 14/04/2024, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.
We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.
