We offer for rent an apartment with one bedroom within walking distance from the beaches of Acequion and Los Naufragos. The 45 m² apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, an American kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the city and the sea. The apartment has everything you need for living: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon is equipped with air conditioning, Spanish T, Wi-Fi. The balcony has outdoor furniture. There are two beaches within walking distance: Acequion, 200 meters away, and the largest city beach, Los Naufragos, 350 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
