Next to the pool there is a service toilet with shower. Also the pool has an electric cover which is very useful to maintain the water hot also during the evenings and in mid season.

On the opposite side of the living room there is the night area with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds (160x190 cm) and wardrobes. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and it has a french size bed (140x190cm)

From the town it is possible to take the ferry to other towns along the lake. nearest train station: Desenzano.
