Located in a private urbanisation between the historical town of Tossa de Mar, renowned for its majestic medieval fortress and the bustling town of Lloret de Mar which are only a short drive away. This charming villa has a prime location and also offers wonderful views across the Mediterranean Sea.
It is a traditional style villa with hints of Spanish influence that are embodied within an architecturally modern exterior. The entrance to the villa is located at street level. As you step in, you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall naturally leading into the open plan living space. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room has all the features you would find in your own home including an open fire place and Satellite TV. From here, there are patio doors that open out onto the terrace where you find a dining suite. This outdoor space is practical because it's under cover which means it can be used at various points of the day, it doesn't matter how sunny it gets!
But if you are looking for a bit of sun the swimming pool is located just a few feet away, where you will find sun loungers waiting for you. Back inside there is also an additional bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. Making this space really great for a variety of people.
As you go upstairs to the first floor you will find an additional three bedrooms; two doubles and one bedroom with two single beds. The double bedroom and the single share a main bathroom whilst the master bedroom has its own ensuite. Both the master and the double bedrooms have patio doors leading out onto a terrace stretching along the back of the villa where they have panoramic views over the Costa Brava coastline.
We cannot forget the parking, and there is plenty of space to park a car along the exterior street. An added feature of the villa being in a private urbanisation is that there isn't any traffic or build-up of car's parked in this area. It is a great place to get away for a week or two.
