This double-room holiday apartment (40 sq m of living space for max. 4 adults) is on the second floor of a residential house in Centa San Nicolo, in the Campregheri district. The house belongs to an old farm that also has other buildings. On the Vigolana high plateau there is a ring of various roads called the "I 60km della Vigolana", which you can explore on foot, by mountain bike or on horseback. The house is in this ring. The apartment has a balcony providing access to a private veranda of around 25m², which is otherwise enclosed by walls on all four sides and has a table, six chairs and a TV. The apartment has two parking spaces, of which one is under the terrace and is therefore roofed. Motorbikes or bicycles can be stored in a lean-to that has four spaces.
It is an old stone house (built around 1850) and comprises two independent holiday apartments, on the same floor, with entrances opposite each other. This apartment is the bigger one. The apartment has a kitchen-diner with hot and cold water, a wood-burning stove, a gas stove, a gas oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a sideboard for crockery and shelves. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190cm) and two bedside tables, a four-door wardrobe, a dresser, a sofa bed (80 x 170cm), blankets and a TV. The other bedroom has two single beds, a two-door wardrobe, blankets and a TV. The windowless bathroom comprises a washbasin, bidet, shower cubicle, WC and washing machine. Hot water is supplied by a gas-fired continuous-flow water heater in the corridor.
The house is about 5km from Caldonazzo Lake and 12km from the Levico Terme thermal baths. The nearest grocery shops is about 1km away, but if required you can call and shopping will be delivered for a small fee.
The owner does not live in the house. The apartment does not provide bed linen, towels or tea towels. There are rubbish bins outside, please observe the separation of rubbish. The apartment is only let out during the summer months and does not have heating or air conditioning, nor an Internet connection.
