A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the apartment is required to confirm the reservation.
The bill must be settled on site, the evening before departure.
It is possible to settle the bill by debit or credit cards. We do not accept AmericanExpress and DinersClub.
In case of early departures or late arrivals, the price will be charged as per the booking agreement.
Vacation cancellation and cancellation under ́art.1382 C.C. In case of cancellation communicated in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival, there is no penalty and only the deposit is retained. In case of cancellation communicated at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total agreed price will be charged. For cancellations communicated later, 100% of the total agreed price will be charged. In case of cancellation due to inability to travel (e.g. zone/region closures) due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the deposit will be returned in full.
On the day of arrival, apartments are available from 4 p.m. onwards (Sunday from 7 p.m.), must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
