Je recommande vivement cette location ! Le propriétaire est très agréable et fait tout pour que l'on s'y sente bien ... La vue est magnifique ;) Il est possible de manger en terrasse. L'appartement est situé en surplomb par rapport à Isola Rossa, ce qui vous permet de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur ...
Toutes les plages sont accessibles à peu de minutes en voiture et sont toutes autant variées. .. C'est une région à découvrir !

Beautiful holiday on Isola Rossa from 19/08/2017 to 28/08/2017 in a beautiful, clean, large and fresh house. In a quiet and beautiful area, ideal for a family with 2 children, close to beautiful and clean beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. The owners were very nice and helpful, not intrusive. Very pleased, we would recommend it.
Bella vacanza a Isola Rossa dal 19/08/2017 al 28/08/2017 in una casa bella, pulita, grande e fresca. In una zona tranquilla e bella, ideale per una famiglia con 2 bambini, vicino alle spiagge belle e pulite, ai bar, negozi e ristoranti. I proprietari sono stati molto carini e disponibili, non invadenti. Molto soddisfatti, lo consigliamo.
Everything was perfect, we had a great time and we were treated with extreme kindness. The house is spacious, very nice and the area where it is located is fascinating. We did not find any kind of problem.

We stayed in 9 guys, great cottage, quiet and no neighbors. The owner is very kind and always available for any problem. House with barbecue and you can dine out on the verandah with breathtaking sunsets. The house is a 5-minute drive from the sea. Recommended !!
Abbiamo alloggiato in 9 ragazzi, villetta ottima, tranquilla e senza vicini di casa. Proprietaria gentilissima e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi problema. Casa dotata di barbecue ed è possibile cenare fuori sulla veranda con tramonti sul mare mozzafiato. La casa dista 5 minuti di macchina dal mare. Consigliata !!
We had a great time in Sardinia. The location is very good, according to the photos. It is quietly located on the heights of Lu Bagnu. The apartment is clean, well equipped, spacious with views of the beautiful pool. Children can go as they please. We were often alone to enjoy it. All that's missing is the air conditioning that needs to be installed soon. Because the nights can be hot in summer. A big thank you to Giovanna and Gavino who are available and attentive, anxious to make the stay very pleasant. They welcomed us with small Sardinian ovens and a bottle of sparkling. The car is essential to visit the different beaches and discover the north of Sardinia: - beautiful beach in Isola Rossa - beautiful seaside resort in Alghero and its old town - a one - day getaway on the Maddalena archipelago (wild landscapes and sea with turquoise reflections, journey time: 1h30) - Castelsardo, village hanging on its rock. Nous avons passé un bon séjour en Sardaigne. La location est très bien, conforme aux photos. Elle se situe au calme sur les hauteurs de Lu Bagnu. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé, spacieux avec vue sur la belle piscine. Les enfants peuvent s'y rendre à leur guise. Nous avons souvent été seuls pour en profiter. Il ne manque que la climatisation qui doit être installée prochainement. Car les nuits peuvent être chaudes en plein été. Un grand merci à Giovanna et Gavino qui sont disponibles et attentifs, soucieux de nous rendre le séjour très agréable.Ils nous ont accueillis avec des petits fours sardes et une bouteille de pétillant. La voiture est indispensable pour visiter les différentes plages et découvrir le nord de la Sardaigne:
- magnifique plage à Isola Rossa
- belle station balnéaire à Alghero et sa vielle ville
- escapade d' une journée sur l' archipel de la Maddalena ( paysages sauvages et mer à reflets turquoises; trajet aller :1h30)
- Castelsardo, village accroché à son rocher. A découvrir au coucher du soleil
Bref, de beaux souvenirs de Sardaigne.
The house was confortable to the description, it is not by the sea and you have no sea view but you are practically on the beach as a location. The village has everything and is close to several beaches. Recommended

Il paesino ha tutto ed è vicino a diverse spiagge.

We spent 7 wonderful days to third. The landlords were very polite and accommodating. The small villa has everything you need to spend relaxing holidays. The beach is only 3 minutes walk from the house. Fine sand beach. Ideal for children. Very little visited. And we were there at the end of July. Our little daughter had fun without end. The nearest small town Badesi is only 5 minutes away by car. Since you can buy everything necessary. The small villa has 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 bedrooms, a large master bedroom with kitchen, dining and living room. Outside, it has a large veranda with deckchairs and a large dining table to eat outside. Steingrill, Aussendusche and of course a large parking lot. The evenings can be enjoyed wonderfully. The only drawback is the small path leading from the main road to the villa. (About 500m) This is very stony and bumpy. You have to drive very slowly and carefully.

Die Vermieter waren sehr höflich und entgegenkommend.
Die kleine Villa verfügt über alles nötige um entspannte und schöne Ferien zu verbringen.
Der Strand ist nur 3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Feiner Sandstrand. Ideal für Kinder. Sehr wenig besucht. Und wir waren Ende Juli da. Unsere kleine Tochter hatte Spass ohne Ende.
Der nächste kleine Ort Badesi ist nur 5 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Da kann man alles nötige einkaufen.
Die kleine Villa hat 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche, 3 Schlafzimmer, einem grossen Hauptzimmer mit Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer.
Draussen hat es eine grosse Veranda mit Liegestühlen und noch ein grosser Esstisch um auch draussen essen zu können.
Steingrill, Aussendusche und selbstverständlich ein grosser Parkplatz.
Die Abende können wunderbar genossen werden.
Einziger Nachteil ist der kleine Weg, der von der Hauptstrasse zur Villa führt. (ca. 500m)
Dieser ist sehr steinig und holperig. Man muss sehr langsam und vorsichtig fahren.
Mrs Susanna is very kind. If you have a problem or a request, help you right away. The distance from the sea is really under 100 meters. The apartment is new and very clean and there is everything. There is a beautiful beach that is free or served as one wants. We think we will definitely go back another time.
La signora Susanna è molto gentile. Se hai un problema o una richiesta, ti aiuta subito. La distanza dal mare è veramente sotto i 100 metri. L'appartamento è nuovo e molto pulito e c'è di tutto. C'é una bellissima spiaggia libera o servita, come uno vuole. Pensiamo che ci riandremo sicuramente un'altra volta.
All right, great location! Spacious, fresh and recently restored house! Worthy and helpful owners on site for any problems! Free parking in front of the house. Centrally located and easily reachable beaches on foot! Good price and in line with the area. I would stay here again.

Proprietari davvero gentili e disponibili e soprattutto, non invadenti. Casa in ordine, tutto perfettamente funzionante e pulito con tutto il necessario. Posto davvero bello, la casa da vista sul porticciolo e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, possibilità di girare altre bellissime spiagge con auto in pochissimo tempo. Susanne is an owner who knows how to make himself available and is good advice. The apartment is clean, in excellent condition and a few meters from the beach that can be seen from the terrace! Many nearby restaurants including a very good pizza "Lo Spizzico ", some stores, ice cream parlors and small of souvenir stands .. A great stay and a home we recommend :) Only small problem: you have to think about buying / making the basic necessities in the apartment: toilet paper, sponge, detergent, soap, tissues, water ... You do not know Sardinia? Go for it !

L'appartement est propre, en excellent état et à quelques mètres de la plage que l'on voit depuis la terrasse !
Beaucoup de restos aux alentours dont une très bonne pizzeria "Lo spizzico", quelques supérettes, des glaceries et des petits stands de souvenirs..
Un excellent séjour et un logement que nous recommandons :)
Seul petit hic : il faut penser à acheter/apporter les biens de première nécessité dans l'appartement : papier toilette, éponge, liquide vaisselle, savon, mouchoirs, eau...

We had a great time! Red Island is a small cozy and charming, with incredible views of red and blue. The apartment is comfortable and well maintained, and close to the sandy beaches to the rocks, not far from the supermarket, in front of a characteristic small port. In the evening there are plenty of folk entertainment, stalls and restaurants. The owners were very courteous and discreet. We can not help but recommend it highly.
Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza! Isola Rossa è un paesino accogliente e suggestivo, con incredibili scorci di rosso e di azzurro. L'appartamento è comodo e ben tenuto, vicino sia alle spiagge di sabbia che agli scogli, a due passi dai minimarket, davanti ad un porticciolo caratteristico. La sera non mancano gli intrattenimenti folcloristici, le bancarelle e ottimi ristoranti. I proprietari sono stati molto cortesi e discreti. Non possiamo far altro che raccomandarlo vivamente.
